Using this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or sensitive information until the firm has confirmed that it represents you. Calling the office does not by itself establish representation.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may use cookies for authorized administrators who sign in to maintain the site. If analytics or additional services are added, this policy will be updated.
Contact-form information
The contact form collects the name, email address, telephone number, contact preference, and message a visitor chooses to provide. The website emails that information to the firm. Messages are transmitted through SMTP2GO, the website’s email-delivery provider, which may process delivery information under its own privacy and security practices. Contact-form submissions are not retained in the WordPress database. Email recipients may retain a message as needed to respond, check conflicts, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
