This website provides a contact form but does not ask visitors to create public accounts. The web server may record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and request time for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Do not submit confidential information
Using this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or sensitive information until the firm has confirmed that it represents you. Calling the office does not by itself establish representation.
Cookies and analytics
If you allow advertising measurement, this website uses the Google Ads tag and measurement cookies to understand which ads lead to inquiries. Google may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, and ad-click identifiers. Advertising personalization is disabled. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, and the type or details of a legal matter entered into the form are not sent to Google. You can decline measurement and still use the website and contact form. WordPress may use cookies for authorized administrators who sign in to maintain the site.
Contact-form information
The contact form collects the name, email address, telephone number, contact preference, type of matter, state connected to the matter, and message a visitor chooses to provide. The website emails that information to the firm. Messages are transmitted through SMTP2GO, the website’s email-delivery provider, which may process delivery information under its own privacy and security practices. Contact-form submissions are not retained in the WordPress database. After a successfully sent criminal-defense or DUI inquiry, the website temporarily stores a random confirmation identifier for up to 30 minutes to prevent duplicate measurement. This identifier contains no form details. Email recipients may retain a message as needed to respond, check conflicts, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to perform this security check, but Turnstile does not receive the information entered into the contact form.
Third-party links
Links to services such as maps or telephone providers are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
