Attorney Melissa Furman handles all matters relating to wills, estates and to our stepparent adoption practice. She is admitted to practice in the state courts in Alabama, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Alabama. She is also active in the firm's personal injury practice.

John Furman. A former Alabama prosecutor, attorney John Furman now protects the rights of criminal defendants throughout Alabama. With more than 30 years of practice, John has built strong relationships within the criminal justice system and is able to work effectively with prosecutors, judges and others to protect your interests. John is licensed in all state courts in Alabama, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
